YOUR ROLE BANK SUPPORT WORKER:
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing person-centered care and support to individuals with a range of needs.
Your role will vary depending on the needs of the people we support, but you can expect to:
o Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
o Encourage and support individuals to participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
o Provide emotional support and companionship, helping individuals build confidence and independence.
o Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
