Own at least 3-4 projects throughout year and responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of strategic projects Analyze competition and identify key gaps both qualitatively and quantitatively Identify key trends in competition including Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech players to understand trend in lending Analyze large data sets both internal and external and make inferences that acts as strategic input for retail assets Collaborate with various senior stakeholders across retail assets and work for end to end project execution
