We are seeking a results-driven Teller (30 Hours) - Fairview Branch to join our team at KeyBank National Association in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our branch staff, you will drive client satisfaction, resolve issues effectively, and promote financial wellness through outstanding communication.
About the Role:
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Process transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Proactively address client servicing issues, escalating when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with Bankers to support clients' financial goals and objectives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, audit and security procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Client service experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based applications.
