Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the banking industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in local language (Gujarati) is preferred
