Banking & finance strategy expert (As CFO & Co-Founder) on equity sharing basis in startup team

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall mission, goals, and objectives.
Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the CEO and other executives, informing decisions on investments, capital allocation, and risk management.
Manage the finance and accounting teams, including overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, reports, and audits to internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and regulatory agencies.
Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise capital as needed, including debt and equity financing, and manage relationships with investors and lenders.
Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA banking/finance. A Master's degree or CPA designation (CA) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, financial management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies, and to manage financial operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and to develop effective solutions
