About the Role: As a Financial Control Specialist - Banking, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. You will be responsible for managing the bank reconciliation process, controlling and suspense accounts, and ensuring that the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

• Manage the bank reconciliation process to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Control and suspense accounts to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Analyze financial controls reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve process efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in financial reconciliation and banking processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with financial systems and technologies, including MIS reporting tools.
