As a Banking Assistant this is the perfect way to launch your career in financial services. It can lead to roles like in home lending, leadership, IT - the world is your oyster! Our focus on development and internal mobility means we are committed to your growth and advancement.
With the support of our awesome learning and development team, you will have the opportunity to progress up the career pathway. You will eventually be giving financial advice to customers, which means you will undertake training for the NZ certificate in Financial Services Level 5 equivalency.

Can focus on great customer outcomes with customer-facing and phone experience
Have a natural attention to detail with proven numerical, administration and technical skills
Offering tailored information and advice on products and services to customers individual needs
Can think “outside the box” to provide a solution to delight the customer
You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
Hours are Saturday and Sunday (08.30 - 17.00) total 16 hours per week
