Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Collection Specialist at Significance Management Consultant Private Limited located in Dwarka Mor, New Delhi 11005+. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as debt collection, communication with clients, cash collection, providing customer service, and managing finance-related tasks on calls and physical meetings.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Finance background or experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Freshers are also welcome

• DRA or Non DRA are also welcome
