We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Investment & Universal Banking Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team in India. In this role, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovative solutions for our global investment and universal banking clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the investment banking and universal banking landscape, coupled with your technical expertise, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address client needs.

What You'll Do:
• Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges within the global investment and universal banking sectors.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
• Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality, tailored responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, business users, and IT personnel.
• Research and prepare solution demand roadmap to address industry pain points and client needs, curate solution proposition with business case and market potential. Build compelling solution pitch for internal and external audience with a right GTM strategy.
• Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, solutions & consulting and engineering teams to develop and enhance our solutions based on market feedback and client requirements.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings within the global investment and universal banking space.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the global investment banking and universal banking landscape, including key business processes, regulatory requirements, and technology trends.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our competitors and their offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as white papers, blog posts, and conference presentations.
• Work closely with sales, product management, solutions & consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Expertise You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related role within the financial services industry, with a focus on global investment banking and/or universal banking.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services domain from business, operations and technology landscape perspective. Broadly banking and financial services domain includes corporate and institutional banking, capital markets, debt markets, and investment banking.
• Deep understanding of banking products and services, including corporate lending (syndicated loans, bridge loans, securitization, trade and supply chain finance, etc.), Debt and Loan Capital markets, Leveraged Finance, Equity Capital Markets, M&A Advisory, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with relevant technologies and platforms is a plus.
• Technologies and platforms in areas of core banking, AML/KYC, Fraud management and decision analytics, Treasury and capital markets front and back office, Risk management and compliance, collateral management, payments and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in minimum 2-3 technologies and platforms is desirable.
