This team is the first point of contact for customers, providing the help and support and offering word class customer experiences to all our customers and ensures we exceed their expectations. This position requires work overtime during surges in workload, strong organizational / coordination skills, solid oral and written communication skills, the ability to interact with people in a professional manner, and basic computer skills. The employee needs to be a quick learner, goal oriented, team driven, and proactive; with the ability to work independently. We need outstanding people with strong academic achievements, along with buckets full of energy, desire, curiosity and a can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced (and fun) entrepreneurial environment.RESPONSIBILITIESDriving the customer journey by responding to customer enquiries via email, and the customer portal in a friendly, approachable tone.Collating information updates from customers, and completing relevant actions in the system to support the progress of customer cases including;Settlement quotes, Direct Debit issues, Unwind requests, Insurance claims, Contact detail updates and much moreCoordinating with Client’s UK Management to ensure the smooth running of operations and ensuring highest standards of service are maintainedLiaising with customers and dealers on the phone and via email to ensure a smooth experienceCoordinating with the rest of the business to provide positive customers outcomesEnsuring awesome service is delivered to our customers supporting our values and building trust in our brandPrioritizing daily work flow based on customer and business requirementsOperate within agreed SLA’s and helping Oodle achieve the highest services ratingsSKILLSAll interactions with Client’s customers are conducted with the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements as well as working in an efficient, timely mannerPrevious experience working in telephone-based customer services or Motor Industry in a customer-facing roleYou should have a professional and approachable telephone manner, be proactive and hardworking with excellent organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills, The ability to remain calm under pressureGood organization skills and the ability to prioritize. The ability to follow procedures and work within a regulated environment.
