About the role -
As an Innovation Consultant your expertise will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success.
Concentrix Innovation Consultants work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics etc. Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively.
As an Innovation Consultant, you are a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.
Responsibilities –
• Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps.
• Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth
• Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping
• Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.
• Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, Due Diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements
• Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.
