Responsibilities
As a Senior Test Manager in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
• Lead testing efforts for Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud), specifically focusing on General Ledger, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Multi-Currency Transactions, Ledger Sets, Chart of Accounts, Consolidation, and Period-End Closures.
• Drive testing across Oracle workflows, interfaces, reports, and data migrations with an emphasis on financial accuracy and compliance
• Define and enforce rigorous testing practices across SIT, UAT, Regulatory Testing, and Parallel Run cycles.
• Manage testing metrics including defect leakage, test coverage, cycle times, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure testing complies with internal audit policies, SOX controls, and regulatory mandates (e.g., IFRS, Basel III, GLBA).
• Manage a team of QA professionals including test managers, leads, and automation engineers across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure alignment of test strategy with business goals.
• Review and validate functional and non-functional test cases for banking applications including core banking, finance, and reporting modules.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Financials, particularly GL Ledger functionality, data flows, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Define and enforce best practices, quality standards, and governance processes across testing phases (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance Testing).
• Drive automation, test optimization, and usage of modern tools (e.g., Selenium, ALM, JIRA, Tosca, or equivalent).
• Monitor KPIs, defect metrics, and ensure timely closure of defects with quality root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements related to financial systems testing.
• Mentor and develop testing talent within the organization. Manage test data for development, testing and production environments

• Proven experience managing test delivery in banking transformation, core finance migration, or ERP implementation programs.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Oracle Controls, and Financials Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle functional testing for financial modules, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Oracle Testing Suite, or equivalent.

• Expertise in defect tracking tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
