Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Banking Professional to join our team as a Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the careers of future banking professionals and make a lasting impact in the industry.
As a Banking Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful classroom training, one-on-one student counseling, and supporting placement readiness for careers in Banking and NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Delivery: Deliver classroom sessions as per the training calendar, ensuring discipline and engagement in sessions.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Learner Engagement: Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• Sales & Counseling: Sales mindset and effective counseling abilities.
