Banking Executive

Qualification: • Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance, (Preferably having banking experience) • Graduates / post-graduates, with at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualifying experience. • Experience in banking/treasury operations would be preferred. • Accuracy, speed, eye for detail considered critical for this position. • Excellent communication skills. Job Description: • Preparation of daily and weekly cash flow for finance review . • Handling work related to credit facilities (Loan, overdraft with bank • Responsible for all banking function of Suumaya and their group companies and monitoring all baking related activities. Banking Operation: • Day-to-day routine banking operations (including opening and closure of bank accounts). • Communicating the updated signatory list with the banks on a timely basis. • Multiple Banks online portal management input / authorize / file upload & download • Handling queries from cross functional teams/clients/bank • Ensuring error-free authorization of transactions • Ensuring timely deployment and arrangement of funds • Funds reconciliation • Preparation of Bank Recon. statement on daily basis • Other misc. bank works PC skills: • Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft skills: • Very good communication and inter-personal skills • Should be empathetic and strive to exceed the expectations of all the stakeholders Job Type: Full-time
