Job Specification:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Banking Sales Executive. In this role, one will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of the banking products and services to existing and potential customers. Candidate’s primary goal will be to pitch new customers, deepen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth for the Company.
Roles And Duties:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Identify and analyse customers' financial need and recommend suitable banking solutions, including checking and savings accounts, loans and investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their banking needs are met and to foster loyalty.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
• Collaborate with the other banking professionals, such as loan officers and financial advisors, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to customers.
• Achieving sales targets while adhering to the company's policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of sales success in the banking, financial services, or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively close sales deals.
• Ability to work as a part of team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
