This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 360000 - Rs 480000 ie INR -3 6-4 8 LPA Min Experience 2 years Location Surat JobType full-time This role focuses on managing core banking and financial operations for a fast-growing luxury retail environment You will handle loan documentation daily banking activities reconciliations and import export financial processes while ensuring full compliance with RBI FEMA guidelines The position requires strong coordination with banks meticulous documentation management and the ability to support smooth financial operations across branches Requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare review and track documentation related to Gold Metal Loans GML and Working Capital Demand Loans WCDL Manage account openings KYC compliance and coordination with banking partners Oversee corporate credit card issuance activation and reconciliation with ERP and employee claims Handle import export financial workflows including invoice verification SWIFT payments and FEMA RBI compliance checks Maintain accurate MCX ledgers daily journal entries and transaction records Coordinate with branches and banks for fund transfers POS-related issues and operational banking requirements Resolve reconciliation mismatches for deposits invoices and POS settlements What Makes You a Great Fit Strong understanding of banking processes treasury operations financial documentation and compliance standards Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems reconciliations and financial tracking Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple banking touchpoints High level of accuracy analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Professional ethical and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Ability to work proactively in a structured fast-paced and growth-driven environment
