We are hiring experienced professionals for the below positions at our Gurgaon Global Capability Center (GCC).
Positions - PCC Engineers/Strategy builders
Open Positions - 5
Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking domain
Shift Timings – 8 am to 5 pm IST
Location – Remote / Gurgaon (DevLabs Office - Hybrid mode)
Contract Duration - 12 months (extendable up to 24 months)
Onsite Travel - The resource must have a passport and be willing to travel to Australia.
Technology partners having resources on their payroll are most welcome to share their proposals with us.
Mandatory skills-
• PCC Experience
• PCSM Experience
• Strategy Builder Experience
• PCO Experience
• How much experience as a core PCC developer?
• What is the frequency of deployment in production?
• Are you comfortable in integration with APIs and all?
• Are you working in Scrum or any other methodology ?
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for Power Curve Collections solution showcase and design
• Design of Power Curve Collections solution as per the agreed user stories and architecture
• Assessing Pipeline opportunities according to the agreed process and guidelines
• API / Integration application solution design
• Provide Power Curve Collections platform development expertise including availability, User roles, Deployments, Triage support, File transfer, Database snapshots/ restores PCC Connectivity,
• Views, Listeners, IDE, BPS , Webservices and API integration
• Accountable for delivering a solution design based on the business requirements
• Work collaboratively with all parties to resolve issues in requirements and solution design in pipeline opportunity assessments and delivery
• Ensure Solution Designs comply with CTO guidelines
• Ensure Solution Designs are subject to risk oversight
• Actively identify and manage risks and issues
• Ongoing solution design activities during project delivery phases
• Provide status report for solution design activities in Jira / confluence

Knowledge Required
Industry Knowledge
• Experience across the Power Curve Collections solutions design/development.
• Proven experience in applying Power Curve Collections solutions to business problems in large, multinational organizations.
• Strong awareness and understanding of Software development, hardware, networks, technologies, and applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technology.
• Development and deployment experience on more than one platform.
• Exposure to multiple development methodologies with a preference for Agile development.
• Experience with both packaged and custom-built software.
• Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships at the project level and with Enterprise Architects.
