Your role

Within a new digital banking environment, you will be part of the team that will drive the foundational platform and enable client journeys for various banking products across channels. You will be a key contributor to digital banking modernization strategy at UBS.
We're looking for a product manager with these qualities who can:
• Support the design and rollout of bank-wide foundational platform across all banking products, with focus on events for orchestrating client journeys
• Lead, define and execute a digital banking agile roadmap for the Banking Foundational platform
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand their functional needs, integrate capabilities and deliver client specific journeys
• Have deep knowledge of APIs and integration patterns across multiple businesses
• Partner with technology to design and deliver scalable business solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional crews such as account onboarding, core banking, sales, technology and operations and SMEs in an agile delivery environment
• Strong influential skills
• Results-oriented; achieves challenging goals and demonstrates ownership
Your team
To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
You’ll be joining the Digital Strategy and Platforms (DS&P) team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
Your expertise
You have:
• a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an advanced degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• familiarity with working with cross-functional business and technology teams
• experience in designing and delivering client and banking journeys in an omni-channel environment
• define and develop customer-level requirements, features, value propositions, and experiences for Digital Banking product offerings
• in-depth knowledge of Bank products and ability to manage a product roadmap
• agile methodologies and delivery experience
You are:
• A natural leader with an ability to work with diverse teams
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solid action-oriented results quickly
• Self-confident, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem-solving skills
