Job Title: PCRM (Preferred Current Account RM)
Overall Goal: Current Account RM will be responsible for
· Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book
· Management of Acquired Current Account customers
· Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the these current account customers
· Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
· Make RBL Bank a primary bank for customer and get maximum wallet share
Key Result / Responsibility Areas:
Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers –
Ø Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts
Ø NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade
Ø Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc
Ø Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services
RM will have to create his own CA book by self-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, External References & Leads.
Portfolio Management –
· Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank with RBL Bank
· Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.
· Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
· Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated
· Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagement
Ø Basis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
Ø Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and related group business/ family
Ø Drive active business transaction through RBL bank account
Ø Should know the customer’s business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
Ø Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
Customer Services
· Ensure quality customer service is delivered
· Recording complaints as per the specified process
· Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TAT’s and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
· Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers
Target Achievement
· PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up
· Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets
· CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card
Competencies:
· Sales and Influencing Skills
· Banking Product & Process Knowledge. The candidate should have past experience of Current Account product & processes, Trade & Forex , Door Step banking and other current account related products.
· Planning and Organizing Skills
· Communication & Writing skills
· Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
Preferred Sector: BSFI
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any of the sectors mentioned above
Reporting: CA RM will report to Branch Managers
Salary Range: 6 – 8 Lakhs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
