Job Title : Banking Head
Designation : Deputy General Manager (DGM) / General Manager (GM)
Location : Head Office, Jaipur (Open for relocation)
Reporting to : Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Reported by : Managers / Assistant Managers / Deputy Managers
Key Responsibilities
• Debt Syndication : Manage term loans and working capital requirements.
• Treasury Management : Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts of fund requirements in coordination with other departments.
• Funds Monitoring : Ensure efficient usage and rotation of funds within companies.
• Statutory Compliance : Adhere to regulations such as foreign exchange laws, BRC, and BOE.
• Banking Transactions : Oversee daily banking operations.
• Budgeting and Cash Flow : Prepare budgets, manage cash, and monitor fund flows.
• Banking Liaison : Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Trade Finance Management : Handle letters of credit (LC), buyer's credit, and supplier's credit.
Other Responsibilities : Explore alternative funding options to optimize financial strategies.
Qualifications : Chartered Accountant (CA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury operations from manufacturing companies (not from banks).
Additional Skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team development abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of SAP systems.
Age Requirement : Between 35 and 45 years.
