Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Establishing new business
• Reviewing sales performance
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Develop and maintain long-term relations with customers
• Recruiting and training Financial Consultants, Advisors, and other team members
• Preparing and presenting the products information to the customers
• Making cold calls to attract conceivable customers
• Developing effective sales strategies
• Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments.
