The Assistant Sales Manager - Business Banking is a dynamic and results-oriented role focused on client acquisition and business development within the Business Banking department.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base by opening new current accounts and identifying opportunities to cross-sell third-party products that benefit our business customers.
Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients for the bank.
• Prospect for qualified leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, networking events, cold calling).
• Conduct outbound calls and meetings to introduce the bank's business banking products and services.
• Successfully open new current accounts for established and growing businesses.
Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell third-party financial products and services that complement our core offerings (e.g., merchant services, payroll solutions, insurance products).
• Educate clients on the benefits of these third-party products and effectively position them to solve specific business challenges.
• Close deals on cross-selling opportunities, exceeding sales targets and contributing to departmental growth.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and build positive relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Provide ongoing support and answer client inquiries related to current accounts and other relevant products.
• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering trust and loyalty with clients.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
