Exp – 10-15 yrs
Managing customer experience for branch walk-ins;service delivery, handling and resolving customer
Queries
Handling and Managing service delivery for all customers and provide day to day operational guidance.
Responsive to the client in any and all requests or issues
Managing client banking operations, including opening and closing accounts.
Recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on needs.
Resolving client / bank queries and complaints.
Bank pricing / charges negotiation.
Overall management.

This company wants a banking manager to do their banking operations.
If hired, the company will give 5 to 6 branches of its own to handle all their banking operations. You need to do forex transactions, You need to open and manage their accounts.
