Job Description
The profile is that of the HR Rewards Specialist wherein incumbent will be managing the rewards and risk for the entire organization. The Candidate will be primarily responsible for handling compensation including review and benchmarking, Benefits and Job Evaluation exercise, Expense projections and management, HR Policy formulations and incidents Governance.
Job Responsibilities
• Anchor the end-to-end year and compensation review and management.
• Facilitate timely Compensation Benchmarking through vendor partner.
• Facilitate Benefits of Benchmarking.
• Enable introduction of industry prevalent benefits and post approval processing.
• Policy formulation, approval processing and post approval processing.
• Anchor HR procedure manual updation.
• Job Evaluation - support the regional initiative and build in house capability
• Handling HR Audits
• RBI Compliance related to CEO appointment and remuneration
• Work Experience 3-+ yrs
• C&B, Rewards Experience
• Preferably from Bank, Financial Services
• Has exposure to Financial Services
