An opportunity is now available for a Banking Officer to join our Accounts Receivable team based in our Sydney CDB office. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your career started with a leading healthcare company,.
What You Will Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
Process high volume receipting / allocation of cheques and EFT payments
Assist with daily bank reconciliation
Assisting to review the unmatched cash
Review and perform refunds
Support the other teams with payments related enquiries from patients and clients
Act as a contact point for internal payment enquiries
Respond to payment disputes and other correspondence from banks
Supporting offshore team with escalation
Managing emails received in shared inbox
Admin tasks
Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
12 months Accounts Receivable experience
Healthcare industry experience is highly advantageous
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Sound Excel skills and knowledge of ERM systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
