Role - Jr Associate/ Associate/ Sr. Associate Banking Operations
What makes you a great fit
· Should have a basic understanding of PG products and features
· Should drive the TID testing, especially for marquee & enterprise merchants
· Tracking daily, weekly and monthly operations and reporting
· Achieve TAT targets consistently.
· Contribute to process improvements & automation in the best interest of the role.
· Data extraction from multiple sources using SQL and preparing dashboards.
· Preparing PPT presentations for management
Minimum requirements
· 0 - 5 years of experience in Banking Operations role, preferably in a Payment Gateway organization
· Should have hands on experience in SQL
· Should have experience on PPT presentations
· Must be detail, process and solution-oriented
· Ability to work under pressure
· Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent in maintaining reports, with a prior experience on Microsoft tools
· Should be able to understand the priority alignment of the tasks at hand
· Strong inter/intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking partners and internal teams.
· Must have prior experience in working with cross functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Alliances etc
