• Aadhar base mandate registration and training to Sale team.
• OTP Based registration and training to Sale team.
• Bank coordination for directdebit (DD) tieup and DD registration.
• All Mail Revert and Response on Mail & Telephonic with Resolution.
• Swapping & Re-Lodgement Status MIS updation and share to PAN India.
• Received Swap & Re-Lodgement Physical Docs and Maintain Received Tracker.
• Cross Check All Swap Cases Vs Latest Report.
4-+yrs of experience in pre-banking operations.
