• Process Ownership: Take ownership of the Offline Support process, ensuring its smooth functioning and continuous improvement.
• Dispute Management: Effectively manage customer and technical disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing escalations.
• Chargeback Queries: Respond to chargeback-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, establishing risk management controls to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Credit Card Offline Support units in banks or processors.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of banking operations and regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate: Any graduate degree.
• Post Graduate: Finance degree preferred.
