• As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

• Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.

Banking Operations Initiate disbursement of monthly interest payment to the lenders Work towards Balance Sheet improvement via structured finance as per the instructions delivered by the Lead Perform operations: account services, clearings, payments, cash management and reconciliation Work towards loan sanction fulfillment, standardization of loan documentation & administration distribution (Retail, Business, Commercial and Corporate and Institutional segments) under the guidance of the Lead Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to banking operations Ensure that employees receive services efficiently; Prepare answers for investor query, which gives the required insight to the investor to take the right decision Ensure compliance to the bank operations manual, all operational guidelines and processes and procedures Assist the Banking Operations Lead on business processes to improve customer service, cost effectiveness and controls Ensure effective documentation is in place, in the form of user guides and implement operational improvements to reduce operational costs, tighten controls, improve service quality and customer service Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 2. Self/ Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for teams development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
