Role Specifics:
Maintain strong working relationships with the Credit Cards Teams
Focus on the conversion funnel
Each month work on final validations and billing
Work on other growth ideas: Need to work closely across marketing teams, Ops teams, DSA teams etc. to see how to drive more leads and more growth.
Must-have skills:
Experience: 3 - 5 yrs total and minimum last 1 year in cards
Should have extremely strong relationships with a minimum of 4-5 top banks (like SBI, HDFC, Axis, IDFC, AU, IndusInd, Amex, Stan C, HSBC, Kotak)
Strong understanding of credit card MIS
Have a strong understanding of how to maximize card outs
Should be very strong in data and analytics
