As a Customer Support Executive, your role will involve interacting with customers through Voice, E-mail, and Chat processes. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and issues through Voice, E-mail, and Chat channels- Provide timely and accurate information to customers- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all timesQualifications Required:- Minimum qualification required is 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experience- Excellent command over English language- Willingness to work in U.S/U.K shiftsIf you have experience working in International call centers, you can expect an excellent salary hike by applying for this position. Freshers are also welcome to apply. The salary offered is up to 60,000 with additional annual bonus and amazing incentives.
