We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Manager – Banking who will be responsible for identifying, enhancing, and managing banking products that cater to evolving customer and industry needs. The role demands strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Innovation:
Identify and propose new banking products aligned with current industry trends and customer expectations.
Product Review & Documentation:
Conduct periodic reviews of existing products, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure they are updated with relevant features.
Product Enhancement:
Recommend and implement modifications to existing products to maintain competitiveness and operational efficiency.Lead the execution of product strategies and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and adoption.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gain approvals through the Business Review (BR) process and ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making and product positioning.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
2–3 years of experience in banking product management or related roles.
Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint – ability to create clear, compelling presentations for leadership and management approvals.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
