Job Description
We are actively hiring for Business Analyst & Project Managers experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in Cards – Debit & Credit Cards, Payments (Domestic / International Payment Schemes, end-to-end Payment’s lifecycle experience, corporate payments).
Location: PAN India
Experience: 8-14 years
Role Description:
Card schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Ru Pay)
Card authorization, clearing & settlement
Scheme compliance programs and mandates
Regulatory requirements impacting cards
Fraud, risk controls, tokenization, 3 DS, EMV
Cards are issuing platforms and payment ecosystems
Act as the primary liaison with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Ru Pay, etc.)
Manage and interpret scheme mandates, releases, bulletins, and compliance requirements
Ensure timely implementation of scheme compliance programs (e. G., EMV, 3 DS, tokenization, fraud mandates)
