This role is for a Test Automation specialist who will work in the Issuing Banking team to ensure the test suite is continuously expanded and improved, the successful applicant must embrace the Banking culture and look to automate.

What will you be doing?
• Drive forward the Corporate Banking Automation Strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Work to mature the current automation capability by ensuring proper documentation of frameworks, utilities and tools in the teams' central knowledge bas
• Ensure close alignment with other teams/projects/engineering work stream
• Should be first point of contact for on and off shore automation engineers
• Define and build robust, modular and reusable Automation frameworks and retain accountability for ensuring all Test Automation Analysts understand and adhere to the framework
• Participate in various organizational level initiatives/forums
• Work to bring efficiency/improvement to existing testing processes
• Responsible for increasing ST and SIT regression automation across the Corporate Banking landscape
• Track, Contribute and report KPI / MBR on agreed objectives

What we're looking for:
• Experience in Server Management
• Experience of using tools like Provar
• Experience of using Green Hat Tester (GHT), HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
• Experience of Testing medium scale, complex integration Projects
• Experience (preferable) of Managing teams, often made up of complex supply chains in multiple international locations
• Strong experience in QA – Manual and Automation (Min. 10+ Years of Hands on Exp.)
• Must have Strong skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Concepts, Core Java 7/8, Middle tier technologies e.g. JPA/hibernate, Spring, unit testing, mocking frameworks and caching concepts clarity.
• Hands on knowledge on Web services (SOAP, REST and Micro Services) with spring.
• Hands on knowledge of associated technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring-JMS, Spring-Data
• Strong knowledge on Selenium
• Strong understanding of BDD, Hands on experience in automation development and execution
• Strong knowledge of Java Programming
• Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches
• Excellent knowledge in testing skills (provide estimations, writing test scenarios, cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
• Sound knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps - Jenkins
• Experience of using the Git source code control system

• Should have salesforce certifications
• Should have some team management certifications like Scrum Master/PMP
