AVP F&A -Banking & Reconciliations Candidate Expectation: 15+ years seasoned leaders ? 15+ years? experience in Finance & Accounts ? Knowledge of financial Reconciliation and Banking Processes ? Insurance Domain experience will be added advantage. Prior experience in Insurance industry is preferable ? Problem Solving skills ? Detailed knowledge of MS Office (Excel) ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communication with stakeholders ? Good listening comprehension and retention skills JD ? Lead the Banking & Reconciliation processes for an Insurance Customer ? Ensure that the scale-up & productivity goals for the team are met, including service level, utilization and customer satisfaction. Manage the operational requirements of the customer on a daily basis ? Responsible for managing the end to end delivery for Banking & Recon, Suspense and Actuarial support team for offshore and work closely with onshore Journey lead for the same function ? Work with the Leadership team to focus and work to deliver key Strategic objectives ? Ensure any inflight/new migration are seamless. ? Be Responsible for managing operations delivery, driving efficiencies and playing a major role in defining the way forward for further platform migrations ? Review of various Financial Controls Reports, Bank reconciliations control and suspense accounts to ensure the Customer requirements are met. ? Ensure team is investigation the outstanding?s and manage articulation of issues to various teams and carry out work in an agreed timescale ? Work in a structured and logical way with a lot of focus and high degree of accuracy. ? Able to think outside the box, ask the right questions and critically evaluate and communicate findings ? Suggest process enhancements & Automation ideas ? Work with multiple teams simultaneously and troubleshooting ability.
