About The Role
• Client and delivery focus – In summary, the Team Lead, is responsible for task management, people management, review of work, manage audits, compliance checks, reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards, allotment of daily activities, escalations if any etc.
Responsibilities
• Understanding & recruiting experience on banking operations skills covering retail, investment bank, finance, contact centre & risk
• Hands on Sourcing on the above mentioned
• Adept with Job boards & Social Media Recruiting
• Ability to front end hiring managers
• Basic understanding of India Ops & Finance Talent landscape
• Basic XLS and data interpretation knowledge
• Ideal experience 5-10 years of experience required
• Fluency in English
