Job Title: Assistant Manager, Debt Syndication
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 6 lakh Per Annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Individual to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior investment bankers to assist in the execution of financing transactions for our clients, primarily in the NBFC / Fintech space.
Your responsibilities will include:
1) Conducting industry and company research and analysis to support transaction execution
2) Communicating with clients and other deal team members to ensure successful execution of transactions
3) Supporting senior bankers in business development efforts
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
2) 1-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
3) Strong analytical skills
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
Knowledge of the NBFC sector is a plus
