Job Description
• This position entails processing (30%) and customer service (70%) incoming phone calls and a few outbound calls.
• Take ownership of assigned operational function and ensure all related work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process member transactions including check deposits, wire transfers and ACH transactions.
• Monitor assigned exception reports and process corrections and adjustments as necessary.
• Review and evaluate check held in Deposit Anywhere portal.
• The incoming calls are surrounding wire Transfers. On the call they are transferred over from the call center department and then verify the member. Then take detailed information about the wire calls such as account and routing number. Lots of typing and repeat. About 4 mins phone calls.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
