Position: Sales Officer/Assistant Manager
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
Job Roles and Duties:
Identify potential CASA customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and market research.
Promote and sell CASA products and services to individuals and businesses, highlighting the benefits and features that meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Achieve individual sales targets by effectively managing leads, pipelines, and closing sales opportunities.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.

Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales techniques and market trends
