Job description:
• Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
• Plan sales strategies, positioning products and services in contrast to the competitors and demonstration of the engagement models.
• Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
• Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
• Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
• Drive and work with internal teams to respond to RFIs, RFPs and solution demonstration requests
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software systems and consulting services
• Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
• Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of software, systems and networks, both before and after the sale
• Prepare presentations on products and services we deal-in with all their value propositions
• Provide inputs for marketing events - Webinars, Concerts, Customer Appreciation events, Partner Appreciation events, etc.
• Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
• Coordinate and organize demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
• Engage with the customers and interpret their needs and advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
Personal Skills:
· Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
· Strong customer service orientation
· Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel word)
· If candidate from BFSI and Insurance Domain will be added advantage.
