Job Overview
We are hiring freshers for the role of Banking Sales at MSL Manpower in partnership with Axis Bank. This is a full-time role located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary of INR 3.5 Lakh per annum along with incentives and a traveling allowance.
Qualifications and Skills
• Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are eligible to apply
• Minimum qualification of a graduate degree
• Must possess a valid bike and license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Good knowledge of banking products and services
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven
• Proficient in using digital platforms and social media for sales
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Roles and Responsibilities
• Understand the banking products and services offered by Axis Bank
• Interact with potential customers, explain the benefits of banking products, and convince them to open accounts or avail loans
• Guide customers through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and assist them in completing the required documentation
• Meet sales targets and contribute towards the growth of the branch
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking procedures, policies, and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
• Leverage social media and other platforms for lead generation and customer engagement
