• Repayment process of MSME loan and loan life cycle management
• Managing Monthly EMI presentation
• Ensuring 100% presentations due are done timely with active repayment instrument.
• Driving processes to ensure NACH activation, presentation with least technical errors and delays.
• Ensuring minimum dependence on PDCs
• Driving strong compliance of timely and accurate LMS updating of collection receipts.
• Should have good understanding of banking process, UPI payments and payment reconciliations
• Driving IT system enhancements and process synergies with sponsor bank, digital vendors, and IT team for improving customer experience in payment space.
• Monitoring all critical process through various mis
• Preparing and circulation dashboards to management on monthly/ quarterly basis
• Good understanding of bank and book reconciliation
• Should have good communication with team handling skills.
• Knowledge of excel/ formulas and power point is a must.
• Understanding of loan life cycle management ie foreclosure/ part payment/ reschedule, repayment schedule plotting, cancellation rebooking etc. is mandatory.
• Regulatory Reporting to RBI/NHB
• Continuous process automation m. Interaction with internal/external and statutory auditors
• Preparation of Quarterly Operations and Digital Update Report and circulating the same with Top Management.
• Handling disbursement payment and refunds.
