Job Summary:
The Associate Group Director will play a key role in supporting the Private Client Group Director and private client team in managing and growing existing customer relationships and assisting with the origination of new commercial banking relationships.
• Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk, compliance, and operations) to enhance client service and product delivery.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services that align with client goals.
• Deliver high-quality service and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring long-term satisfaction with the private client banking team.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Show ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work with tight deadlines.
• Possess experience with commercial lending, although not required.
