Hunting profile/Banking Business Development and Strategic Alliances:
Mandate -
• Strategic Alliances with Banks
• Should be from Same Industry (ATM Solutions/Managed Services)/ ATM Product and Services selling experience; prior experience at an ATM OEM or MSP
• Exposure to RFPs and Tenders
• To manage cross-functional Account Management activities, driving healthy growth and share of business from entire MS solutions portfolio with existing customers in assigned territory and also gaining foothold with new customers for ATMs, solutions and services.
• To achieve/exceed assigned business targets in Solutions & Services sales from assigned accounts: Orders booking, Revenue, new Customers acquired, & time-bound Collections.
• Must work in with the Services Team & other relevant cross-functional team members to ensure ownership of end to end account management.
• To drive and manage sales opportunities through regular sales reviews and opportunity management process.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations; & leverage SMEs expertise as deemed necessary.
• Adept at Indian PSUs RFP processes & response management.
• MBA (preferred) with over 10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales to Banks, including tendering processes in PSU Banks.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of customer organization; existing relationships with key customer contacts in respective territories will be a clear advantage.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning, prospecting to closing Orders.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors in a competitive market.
• ATM Product and Services selling experience; prior experience at an ATM OEM or MSP may be beneficial
