Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Process account openings, maintenance, and closures according to established protocols.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Verify account documentation and adhere to process standards.
2. Transaction Handling:
- Scrutinize customer transaction documents to ensure completeness and proper submission.
- Resolve transaction-related inquiries promptly.
- Monitor transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
3. Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
- Maintain records of customer queries and complaints; analyze data to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to assess customer service levels.
- Implement quality standards and seek continuous improvement.
4. Audit & Compliance:
- Follow all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve any audit findings as needed.
5. Communication & Collaboration:
- Escalate business-impacting issues to the Branch Manager.
- Maintain relationships with local vendors for smooth transactions.
- Participate in branch upkeep and manage costs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office applications.
