Role type: Permanent, full time
Roster: You will be rostered within the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours per week). This roster changes every 4 weeks, and we will provide you 4 weeks-notice of your shift
As a Banking Specialist in our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for identifying our existing and new Westpac customer’s banking needs, including their personal and home lending requirements. You will listen and provide advice and solutions to our customers, ensuring all information is collected in accordance with bank regulations and policies. You will also seek new opportunities to offer additional advice and solutions to support our customers’ financial goals, helping to retain their valuable business.
