Job Description
As a Retail Support Teller, you will play a key role in supporting our branches and helping them fulfill strategic objectives. Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and timely processing of debit and credit transactions.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing personalized service.
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring clients' needs.
Requirements
You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related fields. Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products is also required. You should have solid balancing and customer service skills, with the ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
