We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Your key responsibilities


As a senior consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations, technology risk remediation and major digital implementations.

Experience in business development or delivering against financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.

You enjoy working with large teams in complex contexts, delivering strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.
Great communicators. Communication is key — we strive to bring our best interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, whether we’re writing an e-mail, building a proposal, drafting an architecture diagram, or cutting code.

To qualify for the role you must have

3-5 years of financial industry experience, in particular working with Banks or Credit Unions or in a consulting capacity focused on Banking
Experience delivering projects or programs, building relationships, and supporting team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
Led the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
Facilitated stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Progression towards a Project Management certification is an asset
Prior experience working with technology risk remediation
Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

Toronto: $64,000 to $96,000
