We at the Institute of Professional Banking, Bengaluru, are on the lookout for self-driven and motivated trainers to educate aspiring bankers and help them get bank-ready (banking & fintech), and prepare them for a career in retail banks across the country
JOB SUMMARY
To train the students with core banking knowledge as per the PGCRB Syllabus (Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking) program. Prepare the students for face-to-face interviews with the Banks and guide them with real-time experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Train and educate the students who join the PGCRB course
• By taking Banking classes and imparting banking knowledge from the pre-assigned syllabus
• By providing NISM Training to help them clear the NISM VA exam
• By conducting Doubt Clearing Sessions and upskilling sessions
• By conducting Mock interview sessions for all centers and preparing them for interviews
• Review existing Banking PPTs and Books and help remain updated
• Generating reports as per SOPs - Preparing the reports and documents to measure the understanding of the students
MEASUREMENT METRICS
• Measure the Attrition rate of students
• Getting Student Feedback
• Improvement in student’s grades via mock test
• Number of students aligned for Interviews from the Fit for Placement list
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Exposure/Updated knowledge of the banking industry is a must
• Must be passionate about teaching
• Extensive experience in the Banking domain.
• Experience teaching students or freshers might be advantageous.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and resilience.
• A high degree of diplomacy.
• Great conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English
• Must be bilingual. Knowledge of Kannada is a must. Additional knowledge in Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is an added advantage
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Over 5 years in Banking Industry
• Thorough knowledge of banking environment, operations, systems, policies, and procedures.
• People who are passionate about sharing and teaching about their Banking experience.
WORK MODE
• Hybrid work mode
• 6 Days working Mon to Saturday
