What you’ll do
Designation: Relationship Officer (Sales)
Eligibility:
Any graduate/Post graduate
Candidate must be ready to relocate or should be able to travel to work location
CTC:
UP/Bihar/Jharkhand/Rajasthan/MP: Rs. 2.13 LPA. CTC + variables and incentives.
Maharashtra: Rs. 2.30 LPA, CTC + variables and incentives.
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida: Rs. 2.42 LPA CTC + variables and incentives.
Joining: Work from office
This will be a Certificate Program. Below is the process to be a part of it and get a confirmed job offer at the end of it
These selected candidates would be through an assessment test
Shortlisted candidates would be put forth to the organization for them to interview the candidates.
The selected candidates will get a Provisional/Conditional Offer Letter from the organization.
These candidates will be put through the 2 weeks program and have multiple interim and final assessments and share the same with the organization.
Candidates getting through the assessment with the required percentage will be placed with the bank with a Final Offer Letter
Note: For the 2 weeks training conducted by us along with a couple of sessions in Banking and Finance - Total charges for the same will be Rs. 5000. Fees will only be charged once the candidate got selected for the job, otherwise zero cost and no hidden terms and conditions
Roles and responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing good relationship with customers
Responsible for developing business, maximizing revenue generation & achieving sales targets.
Working in close coordination with the banks team to ensure all clients acquired from the assigned area, trade actively.
Identifying product improvements or new products by being updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
